This means that sometime in the year 2022, people in Washington and Massachusetts will be part of an experimental trial where Walmart tests out allowing customers to pay for WIC eligible items online. This announcement from Walmart states that Walmart plans to launch a 2022 pilot program in Washington and Massachusetts. However, you may be able to use WIC to pay for Walmart Pickup sometime in the future.
